I made the list! I was named 1 of 9 "Women Making Waves 2017." What an honor to be included among female scientists, educators, surfers and entreprenuers, who are all making a difference in our world. Other ladies named were Sally Fitzgibbons, Jesse Miley Dyer, Anna Cummins, Lindsay Kraatz, Dr. Sylvia Earle, Diana Dehm, Stepfanie Sekich and Allison Teal.
